How many of you out in cyber-world are expending a lot of micro-waves softening your honey so you can use it? Every time I need it I spend time microwaving it and notice that it’s really just the jar that gets hot and the honey remains stubborn and solid. Never fear, though, for my mom has come to the rescue with a really great solution. Here’s how it goes, kittens… Place your SEALED jar of honey in the top rack of your dishwasher. Run it through a dish washing cycle with the rest of your dishes and, voila!, a permanent cure your solid honey blues. Incidentally, your honey will be a bit on the “loose” side when you first remove it, so put it in the cabinet for a few hours and it will achieve the perfect honey consistency once it cools. My mom rocks.
